Clyde Shelton family was brutally murdered. Those responsible were caught. However, due to improper procedures, DA Nick Rice only had proof. So he decided to get one of them to testify against the others. When Shelton learned of this, he was not happy. Ten years later, the man convicted of being executed, but something went wrong, execution goes awry and he cast. They learn that someone tampered with the machine. And the other was found dead, killed by the terrifying. Rice suspects Shelton, so he had him picked up. At first, Shelton and Rice agreed to a plea deal, but he changed his mind. Shelton did not seem to do, he seems to blame the system and declare war against it to happen after all the people involved with the case of his familys. So Rice should stop but Shelton is the way forward.
